PSDI’s Leadership Matters report collected and analyzed women’s business leadership data across the Asian Development Bank’s 14 Pacific developing member countries, establishing a baseline for women’s representation in senior business leadership.

In 2022, PSDI and its Pacific partners held six Leadership Matters roundtable events across the region, discussing the report's findings and the ways in which barriers to Pacific women’s full economic participation endure.
